Come and learn how to start where you are. No matter where you are on the path to a better you. The great thing about today will be – where you are is great – where you can go is greatness. Come and discover some tools you may have forgotten or learn something new. Bring your friends. Everything is better together.
Meg Miles owner of Momstrong Utah will be the Keynote speaker.
Meg Miles is the business owner of Momstrong: a community for empowering women to feel confident, healthy, and strong in their own skin. From leading group hikes for women; to programming workouts for her clients; to sharing healthy recipes, at-home workouts, her journey of motherhood, or anything health and wellness; she loves to connect and help people live their happiest and healthiest life. She is a certified personal trainer, a pediatric nurse, and first and foremost, a wife and mother to two.
Trisha Jensen is a certified nutritionist with Key Nutrition Utah. Specializing in teaching and coaching others about nutrition and exercise. She provides nutrition and exercise programs to anyone wanting to get healthier, learn nutrition and lower their body age. She is a big believer in building a positive body image. We are all built different and strong looks different on everyone. PN1 certified. A mom of 3 boys (ages, 19, 17, & 13) and one little girl (age 5) that keeps her super busy.
Hannah Spohn is a multi-certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer and influencer who helps primarily women find themselves in a healthier and happier place in their lives through fitness, goal setting and prioritizing their wellness. Self love is a major part of Hannah’s belief. She believes that there is room for self-love and personal progression, and that both are necessary to get the best life-long benefits. When Hannah isn’t teaching, training or prepping for her clients, you can most likely find her napping with her dog-child, laying out in the sun or enjoying a fitness class or
working on her own happiness!
Peggy Mair is a physician who became a yoga teacher in her early fifties. She practices primary care part-time at a free medical clinic. She is currently a yoga teacher in Murray, Utah (RYT-500) and believes yoga is for every body because yoga meets you wherever you are. Yoga brings calm into our bodies and quiet to the mind. Practicing yoga is a gift to yourself. She is also a mother of 3 young adults, one of which has become a yoga teacher.
